Three weeks ago, we took a group of pastors to the Colorado Rockies for a cohort retreat. At 12,000 feet, surrounded by towering pines and breathing the crisp mountain air, we prepared for something extraordinary only to have our expectations exceeded. 12 leaders arrived as strangers and came back as friends.
