I’ve spent over 30 years in ministry—pastor’s kid, youth leader, senior pastor, the whole deal. I’ve walked with thousands of pastors, watched them pour everything into this assignment, and seen too many crash under the weight. A few years back, I hit that wall myself. I was burned out. Done.
Everything I’d been taught—seminary, conferences, ministry books—had prepped me to run a church, not to survive as a pastor. That’s when The Authentic Pastor took shape. Not as another strategy to grow a church but as a lifeline to help pastors take control of their lives before the ministry takes them under.
Now, with a team of veteran pastors and PhDs who’ve lived the same grind, we’re here to offer the support we craved when the weight was too much. This is for you—the pastor tired of pretending, ready to reclaim your health, your family, and your purpose before ministry steals them all.
